The Diapervilla.com Website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen matches the product color, as the display of the color depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using.

We do our best to make sure that any errors found are fixed as soon as possible. Errors will be corrected where discovered and diapervilla.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled in time, diapervilla.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the Return Policy of diapervilla.com. Price and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice.

Because diapervilla.com does business throughout Ghana and collects and remits sales tax as required by law, the Ghana Diaper Villa Website also collects and remits sales tax as appropriate in Ghana.

At diapervilla.com, our main goal is ensure your complete satisfaction with every order you place. If something is wrong or you are not overly satisfied when you get your order from Diapervilla.com, then we want to go out of our way to make it easy for you.

Simply return the unopened item in its original packaging within 30 days of the original purchase for a full credit, subject to a few limitations. The item you are returning should not show signs of abuse, misuse, modifications. The item should be unused and in its original packaging. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless you have to return the product because of our error. You can email us at any time with any questions you may have.

All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to the shipping policies of diapervilla.com.

In the rare event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received within 7 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Policy

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over GHS 300 (before taxes) to almost all locations in Accra (See below for information on remote locations)

For all Accra orders, we use local delivery services and offer express courier delivery, please contact us for details.). Normal delivery times for this service is 2-5 business and same day or next day delivery is available for rush orders.

* Any items in stock will be shipped out on the same day or the next day. Any items that are out of stock will be shipped once we have them in stock. Order processing times for the out-of-stock items will be emailed to you by our customer care team.

On-Site Pick Up

Customer pick up in our Accra Shop has been modified. Pickups are now only available on Monday – Friday from 10am to 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm, will be eligible for pick up the next day. 

Refund Policy

At diapervilla.com our goal is to ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied with their purchases. We accept returns of items up to 7 days after the date of purchase. Products must be in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition to avoid restocking fees. A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns that fall outside of these guidelines. (*See Return Acceptability section below). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for items which are returned more than 7 days after purchase.

Refund Procedure:

1. If you would like to return a product, please refer to the list below to see if your product qualifies for a return. If not stated online, you may email us to confirm as to whether the product can be returned or feel free to call us. 

2. Have the following info ready to initiate a return.

• Your original order number / date of purchase

• Item(s) you would like to return

• The reason for the return.

Once we confirm the products are acceptable for return, a team member will issue an RMA number and give you detailed instruction.

Opened or used products, or any items listed below as non-refundable/Final sale are not within our return guidelines. Due to personal hygiene, some items are only returnable when they are sealed in the original package.

Please note:

Once your order has left the facilities of Ghana Diaper Villa or its vendors, the order cannot be cancelled. It will have to go through the regular return process and customers will pay for the shipping cost that occurs

How will I receive my refund?

Once the return has been processed, you will receive your refund via the original method of payment you used to make your purchase.

When will I receive my refund?

Once approved, it can take between 7 to 10 business days for the refund to show on your bank/credit card statements.

Exceptions

1) After 7-days from your order, please contact our returns department to see if your product qualifies for a refund or exchange.

2) Defective products – products with defects under warranty will be exchanged. Please call us if you encounter any problems with your purchase and we make sure any issues are resolved in a timely manner. 

Cancellation of an order

In most cases we are not able to cancel the order due to the speed in which we process and ship orders. If you no longer want a product after the order has been placed, please contact our customer care team to check if the order can be cancelled. If your order has already been processed, contact us via email or telephone once you have received the product. Send back the products with the RMA# and the refund will be made on the original method of payment within 1 – 7 business days.

*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer at the number on the packaging.
